Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without prior notice, and any bonuses or winnings associated with such accounts may be voided.

You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (not older than three months), and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your Account and the withholding of withdrawals.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method(s). Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each bonus offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Any Bonus Funds remaining after the expiry of the applicable period will be forfeited automatically.

Welcome bonuses are available to new registered members only. Each eligible new player may claim one welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Where odds are published in error — including but not limited to: pricing errors, technical display errors, or market suspension failures — serasi189 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Accounts. serasi189 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds.
